Refunds and Returns

You can return unopened, unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Because this is a consumable food product, opened pouches and used stick packs cannot be resold and are not eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipment needed.

Email admin@drinkviceversa.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with return instructions and, where applicable, a return address. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive the return or approve a damage claim. Banks typically post the credit within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is the customer’s responsibility.

We process orders quickly. Email us as soon as possible after ordering and we will cancel or update the shipping address if the order has not shipped yet.
