Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and ship the goods. We may cancel or limit an order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price or description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and we will refund any amount charged.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time you place the order.

We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days; carrier transit time is additional and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us and we will make it right.

Our Refunds and Returns policy is part of these terms.

Vice Versa is a powdered electrolyte drink mix. It is a food product, not a medicine or dietary treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or on a sodium- or potassium-restricted diet, talk to your healthcare provider before use.

Some serving suggestions include alcohol. Those suggestions are intended only for people of legal drinking age. We do not sell alcohol.

If you sign up for our email list or opt in to SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end texts, or use the unsubscribe link in any email.

Discount codes, including first-order offers, are limited to one per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may expire or be withdrawn.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

The Vice Versa name, logo, packaging, photography, and site content are our property or used with permission. You may not copy or use them commercially without our written consent.

Do not misuse the site: no scraping, interfering with its operation, attempting to access accounts or systems you are not authorized to use, or reselling our products without written authorization.

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
